Product Review for Watkins
For this product review we tested out the Garlic and Dill dip mix and the Salsa and Sour Cream dip. My boys love dips with potato chips or vegetables but they are very picky about their mixes. Without telling them I replaced their normal dip from the grocery store with the Garlic and Dill dip and it was a hit! My middle son loved it so much I had to make more, when he saw I was making it instead of going to the fridge to open up a container he was shocked. We mixed both dips with sour cream, I am going to try it with cream cheese later this week to try it on crackers for my youngest son's birthday party to see how it tastes made with cream cheese. The Salsa and sour cream I mixed together this weekend when we had our Mexican dinner to use as an extra topping for our chicken soft tacos. It made such a difference! The added spices and the texture was awesome! So if you have finicky kids who love dips but you have a hard time getting them to eat raw vegetables I would suggest trying out one of the many mixes offered by Watkins. The jar looks small when you first get it BUT it makes a lot of Dips well worth the price when you could go to the store and buy the same amount for not only more money but less quality.
